McMillan Company has launched a new state of the art flow controller for UHP chemicals and CMP slurries. The
Model U802 FLO-CONTROLLER® automatically adjusts an integrated valve to maintain the requested flow rate with an accuracy of ±1% (of full scale). An output is also provided to enable monitoring of the real time flow rate. Controllers are available for flow rates as low as 15ml/min and as high as10l/min with a choice of several input / output signals.
Applications for the U802 FLO-CONTROLLER® include upgrading peristaltic pump based chemical delivery systems, precise control of process chemicals, automated chemical blending, spiking and dosing.
