As part of our Custom Services portfolio, we can help provide bespoke instrument hookups designed to meet specific application requirements.

Our range of pressure sensors and pressure gauges can be adapted to meet almost any process conditions, utilising additional valves, protection devices and/or adapter fittings.

We can offer a complete package, as part of an instrument hookup assembly, pre-built to application requirements as a “ready-to-go” solution.

Possible Combinations

Instrument hookups can be designed to meet your specific needs. Usually, they would start with either a:

1. Pressure Sensor, Transducer or Transmitter (Electrical)
   or
2. Pressure Gauge or Indicator (Mechanical)

Followed by any combination of :

• Needle, Ball, Monoblock or Block & Bleed Valves
• Overpressure Protectors or Pressure Gauge Snubbers
• Check or Non-Return Valves
• Inline Filters
• Syphons or Connecting Pipes
• Cooling Elements
• Diaphragm Seals or Threaded/Flange Adaptors

Example assemblies are shown below:

• Left Figure – 232.30 full safety pattern pressure gauge, IV20 block and bleed valve, 910.22 inline filter and 910.15 syphon (top to bottom).
   
• Middle Figure – IS-3 pressure sensor, 910.32 cooling element, IBF1 monoblock flange adapter (top to bottom).
   
• Right Figure – IPT-20 process transmitter, 910.12 pressure snubber, HPFA high pressure fitting adapter (top to bottom).
