ROTAREX D405 SELF CLOSING CYLINDER VALVE

The D405 series is a Constant Flow Cylinder Valve and is the world’s first self-closing valve for refillable and non-refillable lecture bottles up to 110 bar. The D405 series has a better design, broad gas compatibility and offers enhanced performance.

The unit is ideal for gas mixture bottles, which are primarily used for checking and calibrating the function of detectors & instruments in a range of applications including flammable/toxic/refrigerant gas detection, ethanol breath testing, gas chromatography, medical gas analysis, environmental monitoring and more.

Rotarex Puretec manufactures and provides ultra high purity cylinder valves for technical & inert gases, reactive gases, corrosive gases and toxic gases. The Puretec division carries out production in their ISO4 certified cleanroom with 100% helium leak testing on all of the products. Each valve undergoes strict quality control procedures including more than 14 visual, tactile or microscope controls on each valve, microscope toroid controls before and after the valve mounting, and internal/external tightness tests registered into the traceability system.
