Furon Valves for Semiconductor Industries
Our newest generation of Furon valves are constructed from high-purity, injection moulded fluoropolymers including high-purity Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Our engineering state-of-the-art expertise and patent-protected technologies allow us to provide the semiconductor industries with valves that are 100% o-ring free, metal free and/or maintenance free, ensuring optimal safety, system performance and media purity.
Our valve designs are ideal for fluid delivery applications where aggressive chemicals, ultra-pure media and polishing liquids/slurries are transferred, offering end users improved flow capabilities and stronger performance against back pressure, resulting in higher process efficiency and reduced operations downtime.
UHP Valves Designed for Every Application
Our valve types covered everything from standard 2-way and 3-way (manual and pneumatic versions), high flow valves, check valves, suckback valves, metering valves to specially designed manifold blocks according to customers drawings.
Our time-tested UPX and Q-Valve models cover a broad range of applications with premium performance dedicating to demanding semiconductor applications:
- Furon UPX valves are ideal for slurries and concentrated chemicals (including HF and HCL). They feature the Furon SCR spring and bellows protection with integrated true dual containment and leak detection. Available in 2-way and 3-way configurations and rated to 100 PSIG forward and back pressure.
- Furon Q-Valves are constructed with 100% PFA, HP and virgin PTFE wetted flow paths. With an integrated visual position indication, these valves are designed to completely maintenance friendly with bidirectional flow paths. Available in 2-way configurations with pneumatic, manual (quarter turn) and multi-turn operation.
