Manifold customisation steps include a P&ID schematic of physical size and layouts, followed by a manifold base design and optional prototype (to including all valves, fittings and hardware) for your review, to then move onto quote/PO for full-scale production drawings.
Manifold sizes can vary from standard HPV/HPVM valves in 1/8″ size, to UPM/UPX valves in 1/4″ to 1″ sizes, all the way up to HGVM versions up to 2″ in size.
