In addition to standard manual (handle or handwheel) operated ball valves, we can also offer various actuator types and supporting accessories to suit assembly requirements.
Electric Actuators – our valves can be easily equipped with an electric actuator if required. Typical examples include Bürkert and Auma actuators, which are well-known on the market. Actuators from other manufacturers on request are also easy to install on standard F-level and square shafts.
Pneumatic Actuators – including Festo, WM, RC and Metso/Neles pneumatic types. Standard F-levels enable easy installation and make it possible to convert a manual valve to an actuated version at any time. Inductive or mechanical limit switches and solenoid valves for valve control can be included with an order according to the customer’s application. Our range of control ball valves includes positioners from various manufacturers.
Jouka Joline Actuators – range includes single-acting spring-return and double-acting pneumatic actuators. The actuator is installed at one end, mounted on top of the valve, which allows installation in tight spaces such as directly against a tank wall. The actuator uses a linkage mechanism to convert linear motion into rotational motion. The actuator has few wearing parts, and the large bearing surface of the joints increases its lifespan. The movement is precise and backlash-free. A solenoid valve and a limit switch can be connected to the actuator according to customer requirements.
Automatic Valve Accessories – including inductive limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners, bevel gears and more. Let us know your specific requirements and allow us to guide you towards the right selection.
