The RX3000 Single Stage Diaphragm Pressure Regulator was formely Models RX1000 and RX2400.

Our RX3000 UHP Pressure Regulators (or ultra-high purity pressure regulators) are critical pressure control devices utilised in many clean applications by industries including semiconductor, food & beverage, pharmaceutical & medical and high-tech research & development. This latest addition to the Rotarex UHP product line is the first of it’s kind threadless and springless design pressure regulators for the highest level of purity.

Our selection of Rotarex UHP pressure regulators are all assembled, tested and packaged in Class ISO 4 cleanrooms as well as individually serialised for full traceability, giving you the confidence and control you need over your high purity systems. We can offer for high and low pressure & flow applications with options of electropolishing, springless design, tied diaphragms and silconert coating.
