Technical Specifications:
- 316L stainless steel construction materials
- Electropolishing and passivation of the fluid paths
- Non-wetted screws in silver-plated 304 stainless steel
- Protection rings in PTFE as standard (other materials such as copper available)
- Assembled and conditioned in a Class 100 cleanroom
- Single packaging for 0.4 Ra, double packging with inert gas for 0.2 Ra
- Sealing tightness maintened from -100°C to +500°C (higher available on request)
