Superior performance with reduced cost of ownership – Furon PV Series Pumps are designed based on 20 years of experience in handling media for the semiconductor industry.

Our pumps are constructed with no metal parts. All wetted parts are manufactured from PFA and PTFE and are suitable for pumping even the most aggressive chemicals. All non-wetted components are manufactured from advanced engineered thermoplastics such as PEEK and ETFE, providing further protection. These features make the Furon PV Series Pump the perfect solution for applications in the semiconductor, photovoltaic, and chemical process industries. Furon PV Series Pumps are pneumatically operated with two horizontally opposed, reciprocating bellows. They are self-priming for easy installation and set-up. In addition, PV Series pumps feature our innovative shuttle valve fixation technology, allowing us to provide three different driving systems to adapt our pumps to the customer's requirements.
