Boiswood Ltd was formed in 1989 by Tony Kent and two other Directors operating from Chesham Bois, Buckinghamshire, in premises of about 600 sq ft with 1 additional member of administrative staff.
Boiswood, who specialise in the specification, supply and support of industry leading control technologies to developed and emerging markets moved to its current HQ in Gloucester in 1990. Tony who became the sole owner of the company in 2006 took the decision to purchase the Gloucester premises of 2,661 sq ft in 2013 and during 2014 undertook a complete refurbishment.
The company now has a fully air-conditioned, state of the art, virtual conference facility and meeting room, engineering workshop and efficient and streamlined stock room.
