The Balans 7100 cryogenic bellows valves are straight-way valves for use on gaseous and liquid media under extremely high pressures.
These valves feature a "balanced lift" with stainless steel bellows on both sides. This means that only low actuating forces are required to operate. The design of the valve offers end users a long operational lifespan and great leak integrity to atmosphere. The valve body is machined from one piece of solid barstock stainless steel.
Whilst an installation position is not specified, the valve will deliver optimal performance when installed horizontal. End connections can are tailored according to customer specification. Unlike our other cryogenic valve models, the Balans 7100 is not suitable for installation in vacuum-jacketed pipelines.
