The Frees 1200TD cryogenic control valves is designed with a minimal clearance volume for vacuum insulations and installation in any position. The valve is deemed suitable for dangerous, toxic or acidic fluids and with very low heat inlet due to the small clearance volume.
The Frees is available in both straight or angle-pattern flow path configuration and features a stainless steel bellows deal to ensure a long operational life span and high leak tightness rating. The valve body is machined from one single piece of barstock stainless steel. End connections can be supplied in standard butt-welded sizes according to the catalogue, or according to customer specifications.
The manual version of the valve offers smooth running with an ergonomic hand grip made from coated aluminium with an integrated pin to indicate the open/close position of the valve. The pneumatic versions is available with a piston actuator with safety position for opening/closing. The control/regulating version of the valve can be equipped with regulating diaphragms, IP Positioners and Limit Switches.
