UNIVERS 800 MANUAL CRYOGENIC SHUT OFF VALVES

The Univers 800 manual cryogenic shut off valve is a high quality, stainless steel bellows globe valve for designed for use on gaseous and liquid media in cryogenic systems.

The Univers is available in both straight through or angle pattern flow paths and the stainless steel bellows sealed design ensures ease of operation, long service life and a high leak tightness rating to atmosphere. The valve body material is machined from one solid piece of barstock stainless steel. End connections can be supplied in standard butt weld catalogue sizes or designed according to specific requirements (threads, flanges etc.).

This manual cryogenic valve is operated with a smooth-running and ergonomically designed handwheel. Unlike other models of our cryogenic valves, the Univers 800 series is not suitable for installation on vacuum jacketed pipes.

The cryogenic on/off valve is also available with an optional integrated non-return/check valve function, with a very low minimum opening pressure of =0.3 BAR.
